1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AttribIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. AttribIQ is a revenue analytics service operated by DNScale OÜ (registry code: 16776331), located at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551, Estonia.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DNScale OÜ.

2. Description of Services

AttribIQ provides EU-hosted analytics and revenue attribution services, including:

  • Cookieless web analytics by default for pageviews, visitors, sessions, sources, referrers, devices, countries, custom events, and goals.
  • Optional first-party accuracy mode for customers who choose to enable visitor or session identifiers.
  • Revenue attribution through Stripe webhooks and a generic Payment API for purchases, renewals, upgrades, refunds, cancellations, and churn events.
  • Dashboards, reports, funnels, attribution views, CSV exports, CLI workflows, and API access.
  • Project controls for allowed hostnames, blocked paths, referral exclusions, retention, deletion, and tracking settings.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration, billing, and company information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials, API keys, tracker keys, and webhook secrets.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, projects, tracker keys, API keys, and integrations.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Track websites, applications, users, payments, or customer journeys unless you own them or have authorization to measure them.
  • Submit payment card numbers, passwords, secrets, health data, special-category data, or raw personal data that is not necessary for analytics or attribution.
  • Circumvent consent, privacy, notice, or data protection requirements that apply to your use of analytics or payment metadata.
  • Build unlawful surveillance, profiling, spam, phishing, fraud, malware, harassment, or other abusive systems.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Gain unauthorized access to other accounts, projects, systems, or data.
  • Violate intellectual property rights, data protection rights, or other rights of third parties.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

5. Service Levels and Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for the production API, collector, and dashboard. This excludes scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance needed for security or stability, third-party provider outages, and events beyond our reasonable control.

Analytics and attribution systems depend on browsers, blockers, customer implementation, payment provider delivery, and network conditions. We do not guarantee that every client-side event or webhook delivery will be collected or attributed.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All prices are in Euros (EUR) and subject to applicable VAT.
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended after 30 days.
  • Usage collection may continue during soft overage grace windows so customers do not lose analytics data unexpectedly.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable EU consumer protection laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

For analytics, attribution, event, and payment metadata that you send to AttribIQ about your end users, you are normally the data controller and AttribIQ acts as a data processor under GDPR. You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, notices, consent flows where required, and data processing instructions for your use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

DNScale OÜ retains all rights, title, and interest in the AttribIQ platform, including its software, APIs, documentation, designs, and branding.

You retain ownership of your project data, analytics events, payment metadata, domain configurations, reports, and content transmitted through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DNScale OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, customers, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time with 30 days written notice.
  • We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, including violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • We may immediately suspend access if necessary to prevent abuse, security threats, unlawful processing, or harm to the Service or other customers.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We retain and delete data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, your plan settings, and applicable legal requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
